If you choose to make a financial investment in our organization, our commitment to you is that all funds will be used wisely and with complete accountability to our community. Every gift is invested in the lives of the women who come for help and in the lives of their unborn children.

Ways you may choose to support us financially to support us financially:

1. Designate your United Way pledge to Alternate Avenues. Alternate Avenues is not a United Way agency. However, many friends choose to designate their donations directly to our center, thus insuring their funds go to the organization of their choice. To designate Alternate Avenues to receive your funds, you must do the following:
   
   A. Request a Donor Choice Form from your coordinator.
   
   B. Under the section titled, "Specific Care," write in Alternate Avenues, 12821 Mountain Ave #52. Chino, CA     91710
   
   C. Then attach the Donor Choice form to your pledge form.
   
   
2. Become a monthly donor and join our "Circle of Friends."
   If you wish to contribute monthly please call us at (909) 628-4929 and we send you information immediately. Or you may wish to simply make a check payable to Alternate Avenues and mail it directly to:
